On Sunday, August 23 during the second day of the 4th Peperoncino Day, the conference A tavola con il Peperoncino: un esempio per un confronto sulla sicurezza delle produzioni agro-alimentari" will be held with Coldiretti Quality Manager Dr. Rolando Manfredini as speaker and Fabrizio Diolaiuti as moderator. Below is the press release released for the occasion by Coldiretti: "At the Table with Chili: an example for a comparison on the safety of agri-food productions" is the title of the conference scheduled for Sunday, August 23 (from 6:30 p.m.) at Villa Borbone, in Viareggio (Lu), as part of the fourth edition of the national event dedicated to the Culture and Culture of Chili and of which Coldiretti is a partner (info on www.lucca.coldiretti.it). Guest and speaker at the conference (free admission) is Rolando Manfredini, Head of the Food and Production Safety Area of Coldiretti and member of the National Committee on Food Safety of the Ministry of Health, who in Viareggio will speak about the importance of ensuring "safe" agri-food productions traced through certified supply chain paths.
