Saturday, July 18, the chillies and edible flowers of the Torre del Lago Farm are the protagonists at the Coldiretti Pavilion at the Universal Exposition in Milan For seven days, until July 20, Made in Tuscany in all its agri-food declinations is the absolute protagonist of the Coldiretti Pavilion at the Milan Expo. On the agenda are initiatives, events, presentations, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, shows and above all tastings of products of authentic tradition but also absolute Tuscan innovations with the aim of telling the experiences and the link between the company and its farmers. Among the many realities present at Expo for the occasion there will also be the Carmazzi Company, invited directly by Coldiretti to participate in the initiative that aims to promote in the round the Tuscan agri-food sector. On Saturday, July 18, the Torre del Lago (Lucca)-based farm will be present with two appointments: at 11 a.m. in the outdoor garden of the Coldiretti Pavilion (south entrance) there will be a tasting of "Chalices of Versilia: Puccini and Lake Massaciuccoli" decorated with Carmazzi's wonderful edible flowers, while at 1 p.m. at the Roof there will be "His Majesty the Chili Marries Pasta" starring Mr. Pic chilies grown organically in the greenhouses of the Versilia-based company. Bringing an additional Viareggio flair to Expo will be the Carnival Masks and the Music of Giacomo Puccini, undisputed symbols of local tradition that will accompany the scheduled events.
