Data provided directly by the data subject are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any manner, directly by the data subject. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:

3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, i.e. to provide the services provided by the site.
Only in case of specific consent of the user, to allow the adherence to specific and additional services such as the sending of future informative and promotional communications by mail or by electronic means.
The provision of data listed in the section "Data Collected" for the purposes referred to in paragraph A) is required to allow the user of the requested service and in general for contractual, pre-contractual or legitimate interest of the Owner. The processing of data is usually carried out at the headquarters of the company Azienda Agricola Carmazzi Marco, by staff or external collaborators duly designated as data processors. 6. DIRATA OF TREATMENT

Personal data will be processed by Azienda Agricola Carmazzi Marco limited to what is necessary to pursue the purpose set forth in the section "Legal Basis and Purposes of the Processing". In particular, personal data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary, as indicated by Recital 39 of the Regulation, i.e. until the termination of the existing contractual relationship between the data subject and Azienda Agricola Carmazzi Marco without prejudice to an additional storage period that may be imposed by law as also provided by Recital 65 of the Regulation.
