Guaranteed returns and refunds: for our company, customer protection is absolutely priority.
We accept the return of products that are not fresh and undamaged within 14 days from the date of purchase unless, as required by law (Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 which transposed Directive 2011/83/EU), the very nature of the product prevents its return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons.
Our company always provides reimbursement of the expense incurred in the purchase of the product or the organization of a free replacement shipment in the cases of:
- damage to the product caused by the carrier
- loss of the package by the carrier
- delivery of the fresh product later than the date agreed with the company
- delivery of a product other than what was ordered from the company
